Return Policy
Every product is printed and shipped shortly after an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our business model, all sales are final. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds unless the incorrect product is delivered or your item arrives damaged.
Customer care is our number one priority. With that said, if the incorrect product is delivered or your item arrives damaged, we will be happy to provide a full refund back to the original form of payment.
All incorrect product or damage inquiries must be directed to our customer care department via email. Their email address is customercare@influencerdrops.com.
Our customers have a 7 day window after product delivery to report an issue with their order. Additionally, our customer care department will ask for clear photos to substantiate the incorrect product or damage inquiry. If and when an inquiry is approved from the customer care department, a full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Once an inquiry is approved, we issue a refund within one business day. However, you may not see the refund back to your original form of payment for a few days as every financial institution's timelines vary.
