  • When I make a purchase on this website, what company am I transacting with?
    While our website carries the Influencer Drops logo, you are doing business with a Pennsylvania company named Penn Direct Connect, LLC.
  • What brand apparel are your designs printed on?
    T-shirts are printed on Gildan 5000 Unisex Heavy Cotton Tee. Hoodies are printed on Gildan 18500 Unisex Heavy Blend™ Hooded Sweatshirt. Rest assured, you are receiving quality apparel as Gildan’s shirts are known for their soft texture and comfort. This apparel is comfortable and breathable, making it a great choice for anytime wear. Gildan Activewear Inc. is a world leader in the space and based in Canada. We are not affiliated with Gildan and its companies in anyway nor do we receive any endorsements from said company.
  • What is the print technology used?
    Our 3rd party production and fulfillment center uses Brother GTX to produce outstanding full-color prints, at 1200 DPI, using cutting-edge Innobella inks. Innobella Textile inks are water-based pigment inks that are Okeo-Tex, Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA-compliant. You can be confident that their print has high durability and washability because Innobella Textile inks have scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test.
  • Can you tell me more about your quality and packaging controls?
    From start to finish, our 3rd party production and fulfillment center has multiple checkpoints to ensure our customers will receive the correct product with a high-quality print, and enjoy a pleasant unboxing experience. Shipped in self-sealing poly mailers with high-adhering adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Resistant to punctures and tampering. Garments are professionally folded and inserted neatly into the package. Larger orders are packaged in a corrugated box.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Every product is printed and shipped shortly after an order is placed. When placing an order with us, there are two factors to consider: production time and shipping time. In aggregate, these two factors make up your estimated wait time from order to delivery. At current, production time for our apparel is 1.64 business days but can take up to 5 business days based on volume and supply chain constraints due to COVID-19. Conversely, at current, our shipping time ranges from 2 to 5 business days. In summary, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship our products throughout the contiguous U.S. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We are always exploring options on how we can expand our geographical reach. Please check back soon.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    To provide our customers the most value and to stay competitive in the marketplace, we currently offer our customers free shipping within the contiguous U.S.
  • What is your return policy?
    Every product is printed and shipped shortly after an order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our business model, all sales are final. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds unless the incorrect product is delivered or your item arrives damaged. Customer care is our number one priority. With that said, if the incorrect product is delivered or your item arrives damaged, we will be happy to provide a full refund back to the original form of payment. All incorrect product or damage inquiries must be directed to our customer care department via email. Their email address is customercare@influencerdrops.com. Our customers have a 7 day window after product delivery to report an issue with their order. Additionally, our customer care department will ask for clear photos to substantiate the incorrect product or damage inquiry. If and when an inquiry is approved from the customer care department, a full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. Once an inquiry is approved, we issue a refund within one business day. However, you may not see the refund back to your original form of payment for a few days as every financial institution's timelines vary.

  • How long does it take to receive a response from your customer care department?

  • How do I care for the apparel I purchased?
    T-Shirts (Gildan 5000 Unisex Heavy Cotton Tee): Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Do not iron; Do not dry clean. Hoodies (Gildan 18500 Unisex Heavy Blendâ„¢ Hooded Sweatshirt): Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dry clean.
  • Why is my order being taxed when shipping to a destination in Pennsylvania?
    Our company, Penn Direct Connect, LLC, is based out of Pennsylvania and, therefore, has nexus in the state. By law, we are required to collect and remit sales tax in any state we have nexus in.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    At this time we do not offer e-gift cards. However we expect to add this feature to our website on/around December 15, 2022. Please check back then.
